Termini e condizioni di vendita-
I prezzi sono IVA inclusa. Si accettano pagamenti tramite PayPal, Satispay o Carta di Credito(Mastercard, Discover, Maestro, Carta Aura, American Express, Diners).I prodotti vengono spediti generalmente entro 7 giorni dalla data dell'ordine.
Europa
Nel caso il cliente non si renda reperibile per la consegna delle merce, non verrà eseguito alcun rimborso per la mancata consegna.
Australia, Nuova Zelanda, Canada, Regno Unito, Svizzera, Giappone, Islanda, Guernsey, Corea del Sud,USA,
I prezzi non includono eventuali tasse e oneri doganali che sono a carico del cliente. In caso di mancato pagamento degli oneri doganali e dazi da parte del cliente o nel caso il cliente non si renda reperibile per la consegna delle merce, non verrà eseguito alcun rimborso per la mancata consegna.
Rimborsi
Il cliente può richiedere l'annullamento dell'ordine inviando un'e-mail all'indirizzo oceania@oceaniasport.it in qualsiasi momento prima che l'ordine venga consegnato al corriere. Una volta ricevuta la richiesta di annullamento, l'azienda valuterà la possibilità di annullare l'ordine ed emettere un rimborso.
Politica di reso
Diritto di recesso:
-Il cliente può esercitare il diritto di recesso esprimendo la sua volontà di "recedere dall'acquisto" utilizzano il pulsante "Right of withdrawal" entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento dell'acquisto. Dopo aver inviato la richiesta compilando il form vi invieremo entro 24 ore l'indirizzo a cui rispedire la merce.
-I prodotti devono essere spediti entro i 14 giorni dalla consegna all'indirizzo che vi comunicheremo tramite e-mail
-Le spese di spedizione per la restituzione del prodotto sono a carico del cliente
-Dopo che i prodotti ci sono stati riconsegnati l'impresa Oceania si riserva di fare il rimborso totale dell'acquisto solo ed esclusivamente se i prodotti ci vengono restituiti integri in ogni sua parte e mai utilizzati.
In un ottica di rispetto per l'ambiente e per non compromettere l'impermeabilità dei prodotti, non vengono impiegati sistemi detergenti e non si utilizzano sostanze acide per la pulizia dei guanti una volta realizzati. Piccole sbavature possono essere presenti nella parte esterna dei guanti.

In the event that the customer is not available to deliver the goods, no refund will be made for the failed delivery.

Prices do not include any taxes and customs charges which are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of non-payment of customs charges and duties by the customer or in the event that the customer is not available for delivery of the goods, no refund will be made for the non-delivery.
Refunds
The customer can request to cancel their order by sending an email to oceania@oceaniasport.it at any time before the order is handed over to the courier. Once the cancellation request has been received, the company will evaluate the possibility of canceling the order and issuing a refund.
Right of withdrawal:
-The customer can exercise their right of withdrawal by expressing their desire to "withdraw from the purchase" using the "Right of withdrawal" button within 14 days of receiving your purchase. After submitting the request by completing the form, we will send you the address to which to return the goods within 24 hours.
-The products must be shipped within 14 days of delivery to the address we will provide via email.
-The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product.
-After the products have been returned to us, Oceania reserves the right to issue a full refund for the purchase only if the products are returned intact and unused.
In order to respect the environment and not to compromise the waterproofness of the products, no cleaning systems are used and no acid substances are used for cleaning gloves once they have been made. Small smudges can be present on the outside of the gloves.
